To purchase a VERA3 or VERA SE program and/or testing glasses, please do any of the following:
1. Fax your official purchase order and contact information to 484-412-8731. Purchase orders must be signed by authorized school or facility representative(s); payment will be due 30 days from invoice date. Payment by credit card or check (will ship when cleared) is also accepted.
2. Submit a Purchase Request Form. Submitting the form will not finalize your order.
3. Email your purchase interest and contact information to sales@visualscreening.com .
4. Call (215) 483-2323 to speak with us or to leave a message which will be answered promptly.
Note: An activation code will accompany your program which will embed your school, district, facility or practice name into the heading of your program’s reports and letters. Before a purchase is completed, we will need the precise, case-sensitive name you wish to have in the report headings. For site licenses or multiple purchases, contact us first for pricing and/or contract information.

The routine vision screening and the vision skills screening each require a separate set of testing glasses. VERA3 contains both the routine vision screening and the vision skills screening and VERA SE (“Special Edition”) contains only the routine vision screening.
